Bulgogi Beef Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
- 2 lb. Short Rib or Ribeye, Sliced Thin
- 3 tbsp. Korean BBQ Bulgogi Seasoning
- 12 ea. Lettuce, Red Leaf (Romaine Hearts)
- 1/2 cup Kimchi (find at local grocer)
- 12 ea. Basil Leaves
- 12 ea. Mint Leaves
- 1 cup Daikon Radish, Julienne

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, season the sliced beef with Korean BBQ Bulgogi Seasoning. Marinate beef in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to develop the flavor.
- Preheat a grill over medium-high heat. Grill marinated beef slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until meat is cooked through and forms a nice char.
- To serve the Bulgogi Beef Lettuce Wraps, place some beef slices in a lettuce leaf and top it with kimchi, a basil leaf (Cilantro is good substitutes), a mint leaf, and daikon radish.
Sheet Pan Bulgogi Salmon and Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. Korean BBQ Bulgogi Seasoning
- 16 oz. Salmon Filet
- 4 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 ea. Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 4 servings Rice (Optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425⁰F. Apply non-stick spray to a parchment-lined sheet pan.
- Season the flesh side of the salmon with 2 Tbsp of Korean BBQ Bulgogi Seasoning. In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets and red bell pepper with olive oil and the remaining seasoning.
- Arrange salmon and vegetables evenly on sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked to your liking and vegetables are tender. Serve over rice (optional).
